If you are feeling stuck at the current position, or unsatisfied with your work, have no idea about your future career, or you want to do a major career shift by changing the industry, or you are newly graduate starting from the bottom and having a difficulty to get into your dream job – in all these situations career coach is the one, who can help you.
A career coach is, someone who helps you to clarify your long-term career goals, assist with crafting your CV, assist with the ways you look for jobs, prepares you for the interview with real practice, helps you to go to the next level either by changing your career or getting a promotion, helps you with salary negotiation, helps you with burnout and workplace conflicts. Coaches usually work one-on-one in person or online. The best thing about career coaches is that they help you to see the strengths and options, that you were failing to see. Many people tend to be blinded by a narrow mindset and a repeating thought in their brain. To get out this cycle a second person’s perspective is crucial.
Unfortunately, in Mongolia there are very few professional career coaches. Most of them resides abroad and have limited experience about the Mongolian work culture. They have learned about coaching abroad and bringing that knowledge to fellow Mongolians via online. If you are planning to build an international career in another country, these coaches are a go-to option. However, if you are planning to build your career in Mongolia, it might be a good idea to give a second thought. Because, career coaching is a quite expensive service. Not everyone can afford to receive a career coaching.
Lambda Global is addressing this issue by introducing an AI driven career coach. If you join Lambda Global today, you can receive all the above mentioned career coaching services in Mongolian language for free. Namely:
• Career planner
• Interview preparation
• CV review and feedback

• Resignation assistance
With today’s article, I would like to highlight the Career planner tool. I have tried this tool and was fascinated by it. I have uploaded my CV, which included all my hobbies and volunteer work experiences. Based on my comprehensive CV, it provided three career options. First one was based on my previous job roles, the second one was based on my skills and not limited to the roles and positions I held, third option was based on my hobbies, volunteer works and short-term projects that I have implemented with an organization. All three options were legitimate. It provided not only the positions I could hold, but all the necessary information for each of these options:
– Salary or income that I could make, if I choose to follow that direction
– Career ladder and how many years I would spend on each position
– Professional skills including the professional certificate trainings that I need, in order to be an industry professional and achieve that highest position
– Further higher degree education options with the institution names and scholarships
– Personal initiatives and projects to implement to advance my career
– Soft skills required for this position
– Potential industry and organizations with this option
– Suggested online training list with links.
All these information was extremely valuable for me. However, the most useful part was the professional skills section. It contained all the professional certificate names, from which few of them was new to me. The great thing about the Career planner tool is that it suggested the highest position that I could hold. At first, I was bit terrified of it. Then, I have realized that I actually did not have a clear vision of what my career look like after 10 years. Looking at the suggested career ladder and the professional development trainings that I could take, it felt less scary and doable. I have started to think, why not? I can achieve it step by step. I do not want to be stuck at my current position forever. Everyone wants to progress, so do I.
I know many of my former co-workers, who had completely different education degree, doing a radically distinct job with a completely different hobby. The AI career coaching tool at the Lambda Global platform is especially helpful for this type of professionals. It can help you to see the paths that you were actually afraid to admit. So why wait, join and try it by yourself !
