In Mongolia, there are number of regular business networking events. Mostly, it is organized by different chambers, such as the Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham), Australian Chamber of Commerce (AustCham) and European Chamber of Commerce. There are also organizations such as the Business Council of Mongolia and the Business Network International, who holds closed events for its members. Some of these events are too large with too many participants. Networking event with smaller groups offers an opportunity to have a meaningful conversation with others and have more comfortable atmosphere. Essentially, it has created a meaningful relationship among the female HR professionals across the sectors.
In another morning workshop Lambda Global provided a platform to share the knowledge and experiences about the organizational culture and about the Great Place to Work.
