Ms. Uyanga Erdenebileg is a strategic leader, certified coach, professional trainer and advocate for inclusive human development.

She has worked with organizations such as Deloitte, the World Bank and Rio Tinto successfully accumulating global experiences across financial services, tax, strategy, business transformation and leadership development. She is currently a Senior Strategic Advisor at Oyu Tolgoi, where she bridges corporate strategy with long-term sustainable impact for Mongolia.

With certifications in business, mindfulness and life coaching, Uyanga brings a leadership style rooted in empathy, purpose, and authenticity, guiding young Mongolian professionals to reconnect with their heritage and shape meaningful, authentic and purpose-driven lives. Uyanga holds a BA in Accounting from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business and Master of Laws from King’s College London as a Chevening Scholar, and is the 2023 alumna of the U.S.

State Department Hubert Humphrey Fellowship at Boston University. She envisions a future where Mongolia’s natural resources drive not only economic growth and prosperity, but also unlock human potential and empower a new generation of changemakers.
