Career Synthesis & Impact Narrative

Tuya Gombosuren is from humble background, grew up in Mongolian yurt. At 21, she left for Beijing with no Mandarin and no connections and became the first Mongolian national ever employed at the Australian Embassy in Beijing, where she served for six years.

She holds two Masters degrees from Monash and Deakin Universities, was awarded the Vice-Chancellor's Meritorious Scholarship, and has built a career across PwC and Deloitte Australia. She is a TEDx speaker at Monash University on breathwork and creativity.

Today, Tuya is the founder of Tuya Coaching & Consulting, an online education company that has coached 1000+ Mongolian professionals across 17 countries. Her three flagship programs, the Mindful Manifestation Program (800+ members), the Transformational Career Coaching Program (70% employment rate, 120+ Mongolian professionals placed in Australia & North America), and the Freedom Finance Academy™, form the only integrated identity, career, and financial independence ecosystem built specifically for the Mongolian diaspora.

Her methodology, The Inward Turn™, was built entirely from lived experience. Everything she teaches — from career strategy to financial literacy to mindset transformation — she did first.

She lives on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, with her partner and two young children.
