Career Synthesis & Impact Narrative
As the CEO of iTTO LLC, she has worked together with a team of experienced advisors and young professionals, at the request of the Ministry of Education and Science, to improve the quality of science education in secondary schools through the SEMS project. The team conducted nationwide assessments, developed laboratory cost estimations, and for three consecutive years improved and implemented the national MLAB database of equipment and tools covering all subjects.
Based on the data generated from this work, they also developed evidence-based policy recommendations addressing urgent educational needs. In recent months, she has been working closely with national manufacturers to assemble and locally produce educational equipment, while also conducting training programs for teachers on installation and practical use.
These activities and related projects are currently centered at the GERLAB Engineering Workshop.
