Career Synthesis & Impact Narrative

I am a Mongolian business development professional currently working at InterStandard Management LLC while pursuing my second Master’s degree in International Trade and Business in Prague, Czech Republic. My academic focus and professional experience center on strengthening international cooperation, expanding global partnerships, and supporting Mongolia’s growing connection with global markets.

In my role as a Business Development Manager, I focus on identifying new opportunities, building relationships with international partners, and supporting strategic initiatives that contribute to sustainable business growth. Working at the intersection of Mongolian businesses and global markets allows me to help create pathways for international collaboration and long-term partnerships.

Studying abroad while actively working with a Mongolian organization allows me to combine global knowledge with practical impact. As part of the Mongolian diaspora, I believe young professionals studying abroad have a responsibility to bring knowledge, networks, and global perspectives back to Mongolia.

My goal is to contribute to Mongolia’s economic development by strengthening international trade relationships and supporting globally connected Mongolian businesses.
