Lkhamsuren Batjargal is an education leader and social entrepreneur committed to advancing equitable learning opportunities for students across Mongolia. For over a decade, she has worked to expand access to high-quality English education, particularly for young people in rural and underserved communities.
She is the founder and CEO of EM Academy, a 100% online English education platform that has successfully delivered learning programs to students across 7 provinces in Mongolia, breaking geographic barriers through digital innovation. Through his partnership with the "Ulzii Dutch Mongolian Association", she also established an education scholarship initiative that supports talented Mongolian students in pursuing higher academic aspirations.
As a Chevening Scholar, she completed his MA in Digital Technology, Communication and Education at the University of Manchester, globally recognized among the world’s top universities. Rather than pursuing opportunities abroad, she chose to return to Mongolia with a clear mission: to empower rural students with the English language, digital skills, and global mindset needed to compete internationally.
Her work continues to shape the next generation of Mongolian youth by turning education into a bridge between local potential and global opportunity.
