Career Synthesis & Impact Narrative

I grew up in a rural area of Mongolia, where early exposure to livestock farming shaped my interest in agribusiness and rural enterprise development. I pursued a career in agricultural management, completing my education in both Mongolia and France.

I have gained international professional experience in France, Denmark, Hungary, and Mongolia, contributing to multiple agribusiness and rural development projects. I have worked on dairy development and dairy franchising projects, supporting structured milk supply systems and market-oriented production models.

I am the founder and CEO of Digital Agro, Mongolia’s first specialized agricultural consulting service company. Digital Agro works with international organizations such as UNDP, international and local companies, and the Mongolian government to deliver professional training services.

I am currently leading smart agriculture modelling in the livestock sector, with a primary focus on developing and scaling smart farm systems to strengthen agribusiness across Mongolian society.
