Career Synthesis & Impact Narrative

I am Khaliun Batjargal, Haliuka. I was raised in Denmark from the age of 10, completed my International Business Diploma at Tietgen Business College in Odense, and went on to study Market and Management Anthropology at the University of Southern Denmark - specialising in understanding global markets and expansion.

My tech career started at Lenus eHealth in Copenhagen, where I spent four years growing from technical support engineer to product manager, developing a healthtech platform serving over 100 businesses across 12 markets in Europe and the United States. That exhilarated start-up experience gave me a strong foundation in product strategy and market expansion at scale.

In 2024 I made a deliberate decision to move back to Mongolia and join AND Solutions, where I now work towards bringing Mongolian AI & ML fintech solutions to Southeast Asian markets where financial infrastructure is still being shaped. But what drives me most is Mongolia.

I have seen what happens when the right tools and the right mindset meet an emerging market, and I want to help build that at home instead of out there. My goal is to bring global product thinking, real market experience, and a deep belief in Mongolian talent back to where it matters most.

Independently, I've been consulting Mongolians abroad with their return strategy and Mongolians here at home with CV, career coaching, and positioning overall.
