Career Synthesis & Impact Narrative

I am a Mongolian educator and child development specialist committed to advancing inclusive and special education for children with disabilities in Mongolia. My professional journey spans Mongolia, Hungary, and the United Kingdom, where I have developed expertise in early childhood education and conductive pedagogy, supporting children with neurological and developmental disabilities.

Since the age of 16, I have actively worked with children with disabilities, collaborating closely with families, educators, and multidisciplinary professionals. I currently serve as a lecturer at the Mongolian National University of Education, where I teach inclusive education and child development to future teachers.

Alongside my academic role, I am passionate about designing innovative educational services and strengthening inclusive education systems in Mongolia to ensure every child has the opportunity to learn, participate, and thrive.
