Buyandelgerekh Tugsbaatar is from the Mongolian Gobi, currently leading project development and portfolio management for strategic infrastructure initiatives in South Gobi, focusing on energy (including renewables), road, transport and logistics, and urban and social infrastructure. Her work centers on project structuring - spanning feasibility, bankability, and implementation readiness, and mobilizing public-private partnerships to support sustainable regional development.

With a background in renewable energy development and portfolio management in Japan, she brings end-to-end experience across origination, permitting, financing, and delivery, and have contributed to practical, implementable PPP approaches. Since returning to Gobi in November 2025, she has also initiated personal social impact volunteer projects in South Gobi, including partnering with the Umnugovi Central Library and facilitating seasonal English language events, and delivering experience-sharing sessions for middle and high school students.
